Position Overview
Calcium is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Product Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for providing our sales force with the information it requires to advance product sales and be the champion for new product innovations. The successful candidate will also be charged with developing engaging marketing programs that will reach the target audience for each product and inspire an increase in sales revenue. Reporting to the Managing Director, Product, you will be instrumental to the success of our team in bringing a new patient experience to the US healthcare system.

About Product Development at Calcium

What you will do:
- Understand technology trends (at least conceptually)
- Understand consumer trends and healthcare trends
- Provide competitive analysis – data, market trends, market opportunities
- Work with finance to identify and validate the most effective pricing and packaging structures for products and services, add-ons and adjacent offerings
A bit about you:
- Bachelors degree or relevant marketing experience
- Effective at influencing user needs to senior stakeholders and acting as a persuasive advocate for those needs.
- Experience conducting user interviews.
- Experience analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data
- Experience in developing and conducting usability testing sessions
- You’re experienced in market research, and can bring prior vendor relationships along with you
The position does not require that you live in Illinois. We are looking nationwide for candidates.
This is a full-time position with an excellent comp package including salary, incentives, paid-for benefits, flexibility, and potential for huge growth only. We are unable to sponsor visa candidates at this time.
